Milestones
1976
Angelo D'Amico (Snr) & Peter Montanaro established Montdami Pty Ltd.
2009
Angelo D’Amico (Jnr) and Sam D’Amico launched Montdami Constructions Pty Ltd with a renewed vision, fresh focus, and a revitalised energy for the future of the business.
2010
Under the new management, Montdami secured its first major contract: the 333 Burwood project, comprising 120 residential lots and four apartment building sites along Burwood Highway.
2013
Awarded the contract for the Cloverlea Estate redevelopment of the Chirnside Park Golf Course, a six-year project that delivered 587 new residential lots.
2017
First project in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor: Parkside Bundoora, a 65-lot townhouse development, marking Montdami’s expansion beyond its traditional southeast and eastern base.
2019
Montdami Constructions commenced another landmark project with the redevelopment of the former Kingston Links Golf Course.
2020
Montdami’s growth continued with the acquisition of a mobile rock-crushing plant, enhancing our capabilities and supporting expanding operations in the northern suburbs.
2022
Began works on Boardwalk, Point Cook — Montdami’s first major project in Melbourne’s western area.
2024
Relocated headquarters to Box Hill — a strategic move supporting long-term growth across Melbourne’s north, east, and west.
2026
Montdami celebrates 50 years in business, continuing a long legacy of excellence in civil construction.
